Do all cell phones have a gps tracking in them?

just wondering cause my best friends phone got stolen and thats how they found it and my cousin just ran away from home and has his cell but no service. so yea, can anyone let me kno? to the person that wrote, "Every phone has unique IMEI number with which can be tracked anywhere in the world"..what is that?

2. most cell phones do. but some don't. Mostly those that are older that 3 or 4 years.

4. no, sprint/nextel an boost mobile do while most others do not. although other phones do have imei numbers, they are not trackable- they are not gps but sometimes it is possible to detect which cell they are in but that could be a 2.5 mile radius.
