Who records the voices of gps navigation systems?

I'm looking for recording studios where I can get voices recorded for speech in navigation systems. I would need multiple languages for my device. Where do I go? I would prefer to only have to send in a list of phrases and numbers, and get them returned as voice recording e.g. "In 300 yards, turn left"
