Are their GPS systems that can be used for Geocaching as well as in the car that will give you (turn by turn)?
I recently purchased a Magellan 300 which works great for hiking but only shows major highways and not streets. I have looked for maps to download but it seems that this system only can use topography maps and I need something more precise..Any help?

- Several Garmins will let you put in street maps. You could pick up a Garmin Vista or Legend for less than $200.00, then a mapping utility for about $99.00. The only drawback is the screen is a lot smaller and it won't talk to you. But at least you won't be driving around for hours trying to figure out where you are supposed to park so you can get out and look for the daRn cache! I have a Garmin Map 60cx, it's a couple of steps better than the Legend or Vista and cost around $275.00 thru Amazon. It won't lose signals in heavy tree cover and it will route me turn by turn for travel on the roads. But still, no voice and a smaller screen than the car navigators. .
