GPS Midlands PDA Repair Birmingham - Do you know them? Good or Bad?

I've sent my PC Phone to this company for repairs recently, but they are not returning my calls. They did call once with some pretty accurate info and promised to call back because I was driving, but nothing since. Have you or someone you know had dealings with this company. Is there something I can do to get my phone back? I do know they can't hide behind a PO Box number, but even if the news is bad, can you tell me your experience with this company? Thanks
