garmin gps 3 plus I need repair on this unit?

1. Send it to the factory for repair. I have a Garmin, and dropped it once. It still worked but wouldn't hold any settings when it was turned off. I sent it to the factory and they repaired it just fine. No trouble with it since. It didn't take that long and didn't cost much. The Garmin web site: http://www.garmin.com/
