My TomTom worked for about 2 months before it completely died on me and wouldn't even turn on. It took me awhile to get around to sending it back to them for repair but I finally did and had to wait longer for it then what they told me. (1 Month). I received it back yesterday and charged it. While trying to set up my info it kept freezing up and I had to shut it off and retry. After about 20 times I finally got my address in there before I gave up. I tried charging on both home and auto chargers today and now the screen is slightly illuminated and doesn't turn on or off. I sat on hold for 45 minutes to see what TomTom has to say but finally couldn't wait anymore. The fact they sent me back a defective unit after waiting a month for it back really has me ticked. I've seen others had this problem, how did you get it resolved? What should I do? Any advice? I do not feel like I should have to pay to send it back again. Guess I should have purchased a different brand.
