Did Newegg.com "Sellout"??? Does anyone else think that?

I have to say that I am a old customer at newegg, but as of lately I feel as if newegg went from being: the best thing since "porn on tape" to a really greedy, sleazy salesman. Before you could return products, exchange them, the prices were cheaper and the shipping was almost always free. OK, i can't blame them for the higher prices, since the economy is so-so right now. But the extra rules and regulation they have now, make me angry. Through the extra rules and laws It is impossible now to get anywherr,it's more difficult to return stuff and replace/refound. **But now to the thing that really made me angry. I got a broken gps from them, so I send it back. I don't hear from newegg for 2 weeks and now they are sending me the broken gps back again, because they said I didn't include the $.99 usb cable. So I send it back, and now they want to give me a repaired gps!!! How wrong is that?!?! I had to pay for the shipping + I am without a $350 GPS for almost 2 months now

1. you know i totally agree with you but thats the problem with any good thing eventually everyone finds out about it it gets bought up by some major corporation and then its over....the real question is whats the new "newegg"
