Does the HTC TyTN II comes with GPS software?

or I have to buy a mapping software on my own? and do I have to pay for using the GPS function?

Your choice in this area would depend on where you plan to use it because certain software are better suited for certain areas. The GPS function is free. There is no cost involved.
