Does anyone know of an in-built GPS mobile phone that could use tom tom software well?

An upgrade is due and would like to find out a mobile phone that works well with tom tom software. No external GPS receiver required, preferrably a nokia but wouldn't mind others, not fussed with radio etc etc. Oh...and a good battery life.
