GPS software for mobile phones?

I use the AT&T Tilt phone and I need a reliable, functional, GPS software I can use on my phone.

1. I've never heard anything about att, but i know that verizon offers a gps plan, it cost like ten dollars a month and as for software you would have to take your phone in and they would install it for you. I don't know if that helped.
