Anyone know of gps software for a windows laptop that automatically reroutes depending on traffic?

My laptop has an internet connection while on the road.

1. I have the DeLorme USB GPS unit with StreetFinder (the bundled software) If you are following a route and turn off the planned route or miss a turn it will recalculate a new route. So if traffic is ahead turning off will start a recalc of the route... I know this is not traffic based but for that feature there would have to be some type of link to traffic info the program could process and moslikely would involve additional hardware plugged into the laptop
