Gps tracking devise to conceal on a vehicle?

I'm needing information on where to purchase a gps tracking device to put on my new corvette. I want to make sure that my wife and daughter don't sneek my car out, and if they do I want to know where they are going. Thanks!!!

  1. I believe you're looking for Lojack. Many police cruisers have them installed.
  2. theres a place here in winnipeg manitoba called the spy shop. for around $50.00 you can get what you are looking for. vey tiny, you could put it inside the aircleaner, or even in a cd case in the console.
  3. Why go to all that trouble, just keep both sets of keys on your ring. Old school works. Lowjack works too. Personally I fully believe that if you're so worried about a vehicle it's not worth owning. 6 of my 7 have driven almost every car I've ever owned. The one exception was my '70 440 Challenger. My son and I were the only ones that could handle it safely.
  4. The cheapest option would be to use a GPS data logging device and keep it in your car. At the end of the day , you can take the device and connect to your computer and find out the route it has travelled.
  5. You need a real time GPS tracker that can be concealed and you will be able to find your vehicle when you need it. Here is your answer http://www.autonav2000.com/mall/anProdDetail.asp?ProdID=508 or http://www.autonav2000.com/default.asp This tracker will enable you to track your vehicle at any time and best of all, if your wife took it, she will not be pulled out of your corvette at gun point. The Lowjack is not design to track the vehicle as much as it is a vehicle recover system used by local police department, you will not be able to track the vehicle when you want to. The police department is notified that you vehicle has been stolen and they are notified by LowJack and than they can try to track your vehicle down. A data logger is useless if your vehicle is gone, you have to wait till the vehicle is returned before you can find out where your vehicle has been. The best part of this recommendation is that you can RENT a GPS tracking device to try out without signing up for a 2 year contract at GPS4Rent. I would recommend you first rent this tracking device for a few days and see if it fits your need, and if it does, than go ahead and buy it from Auto Nav 2000 Plus, Inc.
