dropped my gps, will it be under warranty?
i just got a new tomtom ONE 3rd edition, i dropped it lightly on the floor like 1 foot drop to the wood floor and now the sound does not work will they repair it?

- there is no warranty in the world that includes fixing or exchanging devices for hardware damage if u drop it step on it get it wet anything that u did to damage it the warranty will not include it only software problems like if anything is worng with the system or something like that then they will fix it but u can fix it with payin money ig they could do it that is
- Yes, warranty will not cover negligence and misuse, But if there's no mark or scratches for them to suspect that you dropped it, then try your luck. I'ved done it with a camera, ***mart replaced it with no further questions.. They will replace it, depending on where and when you bought it and they will just consider it as a factory defect, or dammage due to handling on their part. And if you bought it like 10 months ago, you may try the factory warranty but they will thoroughly inspect the unit.. which is a risk that they will know you dropped it. In that case you will be charged for the repair.
