how to i file a complaint regarding the warranty from a electronic store?

I bouught a GPS at Fry's Electronic 2 years ago with warranty for 3 years for Parts and Labor. 2 months ago, i left my GPS to Fry's for repair since the GPS didn't work. The warranty is cover that. I have been waiting for more than 2 months and I still can't get back my GPS yet. I called the repair department many time and keep getting the same answer that my GPS is in the home office. They need to hear from the home office, but the home office never repsonse to the service department. It's really piss me up and I don't what you do know.

  1. ..and if you file a complain you will spend more than buying a new GPS, besides the hussles appearing in courts..and the factory always have alibi's that your GPS is on the way, or they are out of stock of the spare parts, they have to order those parts from europe,china.. I bought computer parts from Fry's, they will accept returns, exchanges and would normally exchange defective units within 3 months, but after that, you will have to claim warranties to the factory/supplier/manufacturer and nobody knows which planet are they based. Thats why they are selling store extended warranties. So if you have paid that for your GPS, Fry's don't need to send it back to manufacturer, their technicians can repair it in minutes or simply give you a new one.. I used to repair cellphones, many will claim that they have warranties..blah..blah..blah so "common sign this papers, give me your receipts and we will send this phone to Nokia in Finland and it will come back repaired/replaced in december 2015" I'm sorry but its just like that. Try calling Fry's everyday so as to annoy them, maybe they can replace you with a refurbished unit. But filling a complain is impractical considering the value of a GPS compared to hussles, time..
